Six South Florida schools made the top 100 in Newsweek magazine's annual list of the best 1,300 schools in the nation, including three in Palm Beach County. But Broward County, which has received several national awards in recent weeks, including being a finalist for the prestigious Broad Prize for Urban Education, had no schools in the top 100. It does, however, have two schools in the top 200: Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland and Nova High in Davie.

Art Expressions, Wilton Manors' favorite art gallery, has a specialreception this evening to which you are all invited.
